The terminal, content-free form of a run: ids, the provider's connection reference, platform, times, reason, seconds, the notice version and the consent record. It keeps the usage evidence too (the last usage report's receipt and source times, the reported total and the last report's time), so a run ended at its last usage can be checked after it is over.
