mechanisms?

Memory mechanisms: true (the agent's cognitiveMechanisms, or every
mechanism at its defaults), false (none) or a per-mechanism config.
Unset means true. Needs memory.

Cognitive memory: false, true (defaults) or a MemoryConfig. Unset: the agent's memory option.
metaprompts?
