Interface: RollingSummaryCompactionProfilesConfig

Rolling-summary compaction profiles, one picked for each turn by the turn's mode (customFlags.mode, else the persona id): the profile defaultProfileByMode maps the mode to, else defaultProfileId. The profiles share the conversation's one summary state (rollingSummaryStateKey), and the headMessagesToKeep of the pass that first wrote it stays the conversation's head under every profile.
