Type Alias: EffectPolicy()

EffectPolicy = (effect) => void | { deny: string; } | Promise<void | { deny: string; }>

A host's last word on each write, delete and state-changing request, after the scope and the bounds and before the effect record. It may refuse, never allow what the scope refused; a throw, or no answer within one second, refuses.
