Variable: GMI_INSTANCE_ID_PREFIX

const GMI_INSTANCE_ID_PREFIX: "gmi-instance-" = 'gmi-instance-'

Defined in: packages/agentos/src/cognition/emergent/types.ts:1095

The prefix of a GMI instance id (GMIManager mints gmi-instance-<uuid>). Earlier releases recorded the forging instance's id as an agent-tier tool's owner; the persona is the owner now. The prefix is reserved for telling those rows apart: a tool whose owner begins with it is never promoted to the agent tier, so an agent-tier row whose owner carries it is always one an earlier release wrote, and it loads suspended with the reason legacy_owner.
