The seat's session id on the member, prefixed seat: (default seat:<uuid>); the seat's first call rejects when the member already has that id open.

Tool names the member may use in this seat. Default: all of its own but the five self-modification tools, launch_agency, the memory tools and a composed tool whose steps are not all among the rest.
