The agent's options.
cognition
The resolved profile (resolveCognition): sentiment tracking, metaprompts, and whether learning is on.
tools

The agent's tools, adapted: they decide the persona's capabilities.
Returns
Throws
When no provider or model can be resolved, as generateText throws.
