Function: reserveOperationSpend()

reserveOperationSpend(store, admission): Promise<OperationReserved>

Defined in: packages/agentos/src/safety/runtime/SpendReservations.ts:313

Admits an operation under the day's cap as reserveSpend admits a reservation, records run 1 and gives it the lease. A store without operation reservations is refused with an Error before the day is read, and so is an admission with requireFence, with a RangeError: the runs' lease fences an operation's row.
