Function: spendMeterDdl()

spendMeterDdl(tablePrefix?): string

The meter's two tables and their indexes under a prefix: <prefix>_meter and <prefix>_reservations, with indexes named idx_<prefix>_reservations_*. The default prefix answers SPEND_METER_DDL itself, word for word. A product that runs its own migrations copies this text for the prefix it gives its meter and passes ensureSchema: false. The prefix is checked before the text is built, and one that SqlSpendMeterOptions.tablePrefix refuses throws.
